At Cakeinzy, we ensure that every order is freshly prepared and delivered with care. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage
Cakeinzy currently delivers to selected locations based on serviceable pincodes. If your delivery location falls outside our service area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery time slots are selected at the time of placing the order.

  • All delivery timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery time but strive to deliver within the chosen slot.

3. Same-Day & Scheduled Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for selected products and locations.

  • Orders must be placed before the applicable cut-off time for same-day delivery.

  • Orders can also be scheduled for future dates as per availability.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Charges may vary based on location, time slot, and order value.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

5. One-Time Delivery Attempt

  • Delivery will be attempted only once at the provided address.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, the order will be considered completed.

  • No refund or re-delivery will be provided in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Orders will be marked as delivered in the following cases:

  • Wrong or incomplete address provided

  • Recipient not available

  • Premises locked or entry restricted

  • Incorrect contact details or no response from recipient

In such cases, Cakeinzy shall not be held responsible for any loss or non-delivery.

7. Delays in Delivery
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather disruptions

  • Festivals or high-order volumes

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

Cakeinzy shall not be liable for delays arising from such conditions, and delivery charges will not be refunded.

8. Special Conditions

  • Deliveries are not made on National Holidays. Orders scheduled on such days will be delivered on the next working day.

  • In case of events like strikes, curfews, heavy rains, or other disruptions, delivery may be rescheduled.

9. Product Handling & Responsibility

  • All products are perishable and must be handled with care upon delivery.

  • Responsibility for the product passes to the customer once the order is delivered.
